I do not accept returns or exchanges. Each piece includes more than 1 photo, along with an item description that includes the size and weight of each item. If you are not 100% sure about an item or if you need further description or have any questions, please send an email along with a photo of the item to me prior to ordering. If you are not satisfied with your crystal or piece of jewelry upon arrival, may I recommend gifting it to a family member, friend or coworker who may be in need of spiritual gifts.
If your crystal or jewelry is damaged in transit, you may want contact Australia Post with your complaint. They will only handle your complaint if you have insured the item or items being posted, though there are exceptions (see below). POSTAGE The first postage option on this website is for Economy Shipping, which does not include a Tracking Number, only an Article Identification number, nor does it include Insurance. The second postage option on this website is for Express Shipping. Please see your country below. You will find different postage rates for different weights (up to 500g or up to 1kg). The weight of your item is included in the item description, so please take that into consideratio when selecting the correct postage delivery option, otherwise I will contact you with an update of the correct postage, whether overpaid or underpaid. Otherwise contact me with any questions.
INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE The current options for shipping are Economy, Standard or Express to Australia, USA and the UK. I ship worldwide, so if you live in a different country, simply contact me HERE and I will give you a postage quote and send a separate invoice for your purchase. Simply tell me or send photos of the items you would like and I will hold them until we have arranged shipping costs and payment. ECONOMY is estimated at 10 business days. Tracking is not included. STANDARD is estimated at 6 business days. Tracking is included. EXPRESS is estimated at 2-4 business days. Tracking and Signature upon delivery is included. Economy Postage begins at $18 AUD.
WITHIN AUSTRALIA The postage option on this website is for Standard Parcel Post (economic domestic delivery) and does not include a Tracking Number, only an Article Identification number, nor does it include Insurance. If you would like Extra Cover, it provides loss or damage cover up to the specified value of your item (from $100 up to $5,000). You can buy Extra Cover in increments of $2 to $1oo, or part thereof, of your item's specified value, up to a value of $5,000.

Extra Cover costs $5 AUD for the first $100 AUD or part thereof, plus $3.50 AUD for each additional $100 AUD or part thereof, up to $5,000 AUD. If you don’t purchase Extra Cover and your item is lost or damaged while in our care, you may still be eligible for compensation of up to $50 AUD. When will I receive my order? When you place your order, I endeavor to post your package in Australia within 3 business days via Australia Standard Post, Signature or Express Post, depending upon your shipping preference upon ordering. International packages are also sent within 3 business days. * For domestic shipping please allow 5-7 business days from ship date to arrival. * For international shipping, please allow 6-14 days from ship date to arrival. Please consider time for customs processing.
I need my order by (xx/xx/xxxx)! Can I pay for rush shipping? Yes you can! At checkout, you can choose Australian Standard Post, Signature or Express Post for shipping in Australia. Express Post delivers in 1-2 days. I am able to expedite processing (get it to the Post sooner than 3 business days) if you let me know when ordering. If you contact me regarding when you need your items by, I will do my best to speed processing up, however please keep in mind that Australian shipping estimates are out of my control, especially during times of extreme weather, fires and floods.
I gave the wrong shipping address - what should I do? Please contact me immediately! I will update your shipping information and make sure that your package gets to the right place.
Do you accept Visa/Amex/Mastercard, etc? I care about the protection of your identity, personal information, and payment information. All payments are processed through PayPal, which accepts all major credit cards and bank ccards. If you have concerns with using PayPal, please visit their site directly.
Do you offer Gift Cards? Yes! I have 4 different Gift Cards to choose from - $55, $77, $111 and $222 AUD. If you would like a Gift Card in a different denomination, please contact me HERE. Otherwise, feel free to purchase a standard Gift Card HERE.
Do you offer gift wrapping? Each piece of jewelry comes in a colorful organza bag that either enhances or matches the piece. The organza bag is then placed inside of a small white paper bag that has a beautiful The Crystal Alchemist sticker and/or card attached to it. If you would like a more elaborately wrapped gift, with cosmic unicorn paper or adornments, or a crystal wrapped as a gift, simply purchase Gift Wrapping HERE when placing your order and I will wrap it with colorful tissue paper and ribbon prior to bubble wrapping it for shipping. Where can I find the specific properties of crystals? Please subscribe to my upcoming BLOG where I will be sharing the physical and metaphysical healing properties of my favorite stones, crystals and products with you. There’s a specific crystal/piece that I am interested in, when will it be back in stock? Each crystal and piece of jewelry is ONE-OF-A-KIND! There are no two pieces alike! If a piece that you saw is no longer available on the website, please email a photo of the piece to me or describe it to me, and I will endeavor to find you something similar!
Where are your crystals/jewelry sourced from? All of my crystals are sourced locally and worldwide to provide you with the best selection I can find. The jewelry collection is handcrafted by an artisan designer in the United States. I fell in love with their jewelry many years ago and have several pieces in my personal collection. Because of the compliments I've received over the years, I decided to offer the things I love to you!
